Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi has taken to social networking site Twitter to post a video suggesting that he is not planning to leave the club in the summer transfer window.
Batshuayi joined Premier League club Chelsea from French outfit Marseille in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £33 million.
Much was expected of the 23-year-old striker when he moved to Stamford Bridge, but the youngster’s debut season in the Premier League did not go according to plan.
The Belgium international was able to make only one start in the Premier League during the 2016-17 campaogn, with 19 more appearances coming as a substitute; he scored five goals and provided one assist.
Sky Sports have reported of West Ham United’s interest in Batshuayi, but it seems that the Hammers could miss out on the talented striker.
The former Standard Liege star has posted the following message and video on Twitter, suggesting that he is not going to leave Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
