Nottingham Forest set to start talks with Adam Bogdan over a loan switch from Liverpool.
Nottingham Forest are expected to enter talks with Liverpool goalkeeper Adam Bogdan over a proposed move to the City Ground, reports the Nottingham Post.
Manager Mark Warburton apparently views the 29-year-old as the ideal competition for Jordan Smith and Stephen Henderson – with the latter expected to return to training after injury in the next few weeks.

Forest’s interest in Bogdan was reported by the Daily Mail in June, with the newspaper claiming that Warburton was willing to let Vladimir Stojkovic leave the club to accommodate the Hungarian’s move.
The ‘keeper is well known to sporting director at the City Ground, Frank McParland, because he was general manager at Bolton Wanderers when they first signed the Hungary international back in 2007.
While Bogdan’s game time at Anfield has been limited since a 2015 switch from Bolton – six appearances in total – it is the stopper’s 120 games for the Trotters which has convinced Forest he could be a good option for them.
Liverpool, meanwhile, can afford to let him leave as they also have Simon Mignolet, Loris Karius and Danny Ward as options between the sticks currently.
