Hooper, now a Sheffield Wednesday player, uploaded a photo of himself on holiday with a trio of old Bhoys teammates, Charlie Mulgrew, Adam Matthews and Joe Ledley.

All four players have gone their separate ways in recent years, with Hooper heading to Sheffield Wednesday via Norwich City, Mulgrew at Blackburn Rovers, Matthews at Sunderland and Ledley a free agent after leaving Crystal Palace.

A number of Celtic supporters took to Twitter already this month to discuss whether or not current Bhoys boss Brendan Rodgers should bring Ledley back to Glasgow.

But it seems they are not the only ones to have taken an interest in the Welshman's situation, with one Sheffield Wednesday follower, @shiftymat asking: "What are the chances of you talking Joe into joining you at the Owls?"

Would you take the quartet back at Celtic Park?
