Everton's Romelu Lukaku
According to an exclusive report from the Daily Star, Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has agreed on personal terms with Chelsea ahead of his proposed move.
Lukaku has been heavily linked with a move away from Goodison Park; the striker has been stating his desire, time and again, to play for a Champions League club.
Manchester United and Chelsea have reportedly shown interest in him, but neither of the club are willing to match Everton’s £100 million (Daily Mail) asking-price for the striker.
Lukaku has enjoyed a phenomenal 2016/17 campaign for Everton, in which he scored 25 Premier League goals.
Daily Star reports that Chelsea are keen to bring their former striker back, and have agreed terms in excess of £150,000 per week with the Belgian.

However, Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, won’t meet Everton’s asking-price for the player they sold to the Toffees for £28 million three years ago.
A source close to the club has told Daily Star that "Lukaku is still the one” Chelsea are keen to sign.
It remains to be seen whether Chelsea can agree to a deal with Everton, but as of now, the negotiations look set to drag on through the summer.
