Liverpool and Manchester United are reportedly interested in Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.

According to The Sun, Leicester City want as much as £50 million in order to sell Kasper Schmeichel in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that Premier League giants Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in signing the Denmark international this summer.
While it remains to be seen if Liverpool or United cough up the £50m that Leicester reportedly want, one club who will hope that the 30-year-old does switch teams is Leeds United.

Schmeichel played for Leeds during the 2010-11 season before being sold to Leicester. In July 2016, The Yorkshire Evening Post reported that the West Yorkshire outfit have inserted a 10% sell-on clause in the goalkeeper’s contract.
“Leeds’ deal to sell Schmeichel to Leicester in 2011 is understood to have included a sell-on clause worth 10 per cent of any fee over £1.2m,” states the report in The Yorkshire Evening Post.
This means that if Leicester sell Schmeichel for £50m, then Leeds will receive £5m as sell-on fee.
That could be massive for the Championship club in the summer transfer window and could help them land a very good player.
Leeds narrowly missed out on the Championship playoffs last season and will be looking to finish in the top six in 2017-18.
