Hurtado was a member of the Venezuela side that reached the final of the FIFA Under-20 World Cup final only to lose to England earlier this month.
17-year-old Hurtado made a late cameo appearance off the bench against England and he scored one goal in the tournament in the 7-0 victory over Vanuatu.
The powerful striker currently plies his trade in the Venezuelan Primera Division for Deportivo Tachira and he is regarded as one of the best prospects to emerge from the country in recent years.
Hurtado scored seven goals in 21 appearances for Deportivo Tachira last season and his performances for club and country have brought him to the attention of several clubs across Europe.
Eintracht Frankfurt's Luc Castaignos is one of the club's main strikers
German side Eintracht Frankfurt have already tabled an offer for Hurtado, while Everton, Leicester and Crystal Palace are all weighing up offers for the teenager.
The three Premier League clubs see Hurtado as a potential star in the making, but they will have to act fast if they are to beat Frankfurt to his signature.
