Glasgow Rangers have added yet another player to their ranks.
The 20-year-old arrived at Ibrox from Finnish side HJK Helsinki, and given his goal-return for his now-former side, Rangers fans would be forgiven for getting excited at the prospect of the Colombian in a Gers shirt.
Morelos scored 46 goals in 62 matches for Helsinki and Caixinha will be hoping he does just as well in Scotland.
"He can play alone as a number nine, he can play as the second striker, he can play as a double nine and he can also play in the wide areas," Caixina told rangers.co.uk.
That is an exciting prospect for Rangers and their supporters, as they bid to sign the players that can challenge Celtic for domestic honours and ultimately return to the Champions League if things go according to plan.
Rangers certainly needed more quality up front, and the innate talent and youth of Morelos marks him out as one to watch.
Caixinha has been quick to sign the players he feels can take his side to the next level and, with their Europa League qualifier on the horizon, he will be hoping to bed the new additions in sooner rather than later.
It remains to be seen how many more new faces will arrive at Ibrox before the close of the transfer window, but if they are all as impressive as Morelos it could be a very exciting season for Rangers.
