According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers will submit new bids to sign Norwich City midfielder Graham Dorrans and Hearts winger Jamie Walker this week.
Rangers have already added five new faces this summer as Pedro Caixinha looks to completely re-tool his squad at Ibrox, with Bruno Alves, Fabio Cardoso, Ryan Jack, Daniel Candeias and Dalcio all arriving.

Work permit applications are holding up deals for Mexican internationals Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera, as well as HJK Helsinki's Colombian hitman Alfredo Morelos – but Caixinha isn't finished even if those deals do go through.
The Scottish Sun now report that Rangers will make new offers for Norwich City midfielder Graham Dorrans and Hearts winger Jamie Walker this week, having already failed with multiple bids for both players.

Dorrans, 30, grew up supporting Rangers and has been viewed as a key signing for the Gers, with Norwich open to selling him after he played just half of the Canaries' Championship games last season.
Rangers have failed with two bids for the Scotland international and will need to hit seven figures in order to tempt Norwich into a deal, and the same can be said for Hearts and winger Walker.

The 23-year-old wide man hit 12 goals for Hearts last season and has declared his intention to leave Tynecastle this summer, with Rangers desperate to add him to their attacking options.
No deal has been struck just yet though, and with Rangers allegedly poised to increase their bids for both players in the coming days, Caixinha will hope to have agreements in place sooner rather than later.
