Highly-rated Chelsea youngster Mason Mount is poised to join Vitesse Arnhem on loan, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Mount is regarded as one of the brightest prospects at Chelsea and was recently handed a new deal to keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2021.
The 18-year-old midfielder helped Chelsea win the FA Youth Cup and the Premier League's Under-18s title last season and he was rewarded by being named Chelsea's Academy Player of the Year.

Chelsea feel England Under-19 international Mount would benefit by going out on loan next season to gain valuable first-team experience and they are ready to send him to Vitesse despite interest from a number of English Championship clubs.
Chelsea enjoy a close working relationship with Vitesse having sent many players to the Eredivisie club over the years and Mount is set to be the latest player to follow that path.
Mount is expected to join Vitesse on a season-long loan deal with Chelsea hoping the loan stint will aid the attacking midfielder's development to enable him to return to Chelsea next year to try and challenge for a place in Antonio Conte's first-team plans.
