It has been reported that Sigurdsson is valued at £40m, and that Everton manager Ronald Koeman want to sign the former Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
It is quite a lot of money, but if the Toffees are serious about breaking into the top four of the Premier League next season, then they should cough up the £40m and bring in the Iceland international midfielder.
The 27-year-old is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and was in brilliant form for the Swans last season.
Sigurdsson is a proven success in the Premier League, and the Iceland international could take Everton to the next level and enhance their chances of a top-four finish next season.
