Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen to bring the former Chelsea winger back to the Premier League.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger
Arsenal have failed with a bid for Juventus winger Juan Cuadrado, according to The Sun.
It is claimed the Gunners have offered the Italian champions £17.6 million, which is some way short of their £30 million valuation.

Arsene Wenger’s side are said to be eyeing alternatives to Alexis Sanchez, who is expected to be sold ahead of the expiry of his contract next summer.
However, it appears that Arsenal are not the only English club looking to bring Cuadrado, a former Chelsea player, back to the Premier League, with rivals Tottenham Hotspur giving them “serious competition” according to The Sun.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino
Tottenham – who unlike the Gunners will compete in next season’s Champions League – are thought to want to strengthen their wide options this summer and the Colombian could be ideal despite a disappointing campaign individually.
If Cuadrado was to depart Juventus for north London, his exit could be enabled by the potential arrival of Douglas Costa from Bayern Munich.

Costa has been linked with a move to Tottenham in recent weeks, but is now said to be “closing in” on a move to Turin.
