The £15m starlet wants to join Tottenham Hotspur, according to a report.
The Independent reported last month that Liverpool were confident of signing the young Englishman but, according to Football London, Sessegnon has "his heart set on" a move to the Reds' Premier League rivals Tottenham.
If true then the ball is firmly in Spurs' court and chairman Daniel Levy - who, according to The Sun, was prepared to offer £12 million last month - should surely stump up the additional £3 million if previous reports on his value are accurate.
It is easy to see why the North London club could be considered the go-to-place for potential gems these days, with Eric Dier, Dele Alli and Harry Kane have all blossomed into extraordinary footballers during their time working under Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino.
Sessegnon managed 16 Championship appearances during an excellent breakthrough season last term, scoring five times.
