Rangers have sealed another signing, announcing the transfer of defender Fabio Cardoso via their official website.
Cardoso signs on a permanent deal from Vitoria Setubal and is expected to challenge immediately for a first team spot.
He follows Bruno Alves, Ryan Jack and Dalcio into the club, and more arrivals are expected.

Cardoso is a centre-back who is 23, and as previously represented Portugal at youth level.
His addition is further evidence of manager Pedro Caixinha’s determination to strengthen the side after a poor end to the season.
Rangers finished 39 points behind rivals Celtic and it is clear a big squad overhaul is taking place.

Cardoso had been a target for English Championship side Wolves, the Daily Record reported, so Rangers will be especially keen to have won the race for his signature.
Rangers are already preparing for the upcoming season, kicking off later this month with Europa League qualifiers.
