According to reports from The Daily Star, the versatile 24-year-old full-back is on the radar of Manchester City who have already signed his former team-mate Bernardo Silva.
City are also reportedly negotiating a deal for Monaco’s full-back Benjamin Mendy.

The Frenchman is primarily a right-back, but he can play as a left-back and a right-sided midfielder as well. He would be a great addition to the Spurs’ squad.
