Burton Albion, Bury and Shrewsbury Town are lining up moves for Chesterfield striker Kristian Dennis, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Dennis joined Chesterfield last summer from Stockport County on a free transfer after impressing on loan at National League side Macclesfield, scoring 23 goals in 39 appearances.
The 27-year-old quickly established himself as a key player at Chesterfield and he was one of the shining lights for the Spireites last season despite their relegation from League One.
Dennis scored ten goals for Chesterfield and his overall displays have brought him to the attention of a number of clubs.

Burton Albion are looking to bolster their attacking options this summer and Nigel Clough is understood to be an admirer of Dennis.
Bury are admirers of Dennis as he scored twice against them in both League One meetings between the two clubs last season, while Shrewsbury are also keen to lure him away from Chesterfield.
