Tottenham's Harry Kane celebrates scoring their fifth goal to complete his hat trick with Filip Lesniak
Tottenham Hotspur may have come up short of silverware yet again this season, but they did put on a show in their final two fixtures. They followed up their 6-1 demolition of Leicester City with a 7-1 thrashing of Hull City on the final day of the season.
They even handed a surprise debut to Filip Lesniak. The 21-year-old came on in the win over Leicester to make his first appearance for the Tottenham first-team.
It was something of a shock. Many Spurs fans felt Lesniak’s time had passed at the club. He struggled on a loan deal at Czech side Slovan Liberec for the first part of the season but was suddenly in the first-team.
He impressed against Leicester and many have since wondered if he has a long-term future at Spurs after all, including Lesniak.

Speaking to Aktuality this week, the youngster confirmed he had no idea yet if he would be remaining at Tottenham beyond the summer. He stated:
"Still I do not know what will happen. Nothing, we have not yet addressed."
Lesniak is out of contract at Spurs this summer and until he made his debut not many would have given him a chance of winning an extension to that deal. The Slovakian, who joined Spurs from Kosice in January 2012, will hope for first-team football next term, wherever he ends up.
