Rangers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to respond to Vladimir Weiss’s cryptic message.
Weiss, who is on the books of Al-Gharafa at the moment, has suggested on Twitter that he might be returning to Rangers.
The former Manchester City winger played for Rangers on loan during the 2010-11 season and made himself quite popular among the Ibrox faithful.
During his time at Rangers, the 27-year-old Slovakia international won the league title and the Scottish League Cup.
Weiss worked with Pedro Caixinha at Al-Gharafa; Caixinha was appointed the Rangers manager in March following the departure of Mark Warburton, who is now in charge of Nottingham Forest in the Championship in England.
The former Pescara and Olympiacos winger is a very good player, and he would certainly enhance the quality of the current Rangers squad.
Weiss has suggested on Twitter that he might be returning to Rangers, and the club’s fans have responded positively to his message, suggesting that he would be welcomed with open arms should he return to Ibrox.
