Newcastle United and Brighton and Hove Albion are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs in the summer transfer window.

Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion are interested in signing Kieran Gibbs from Arsenal in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 62, May 14, 2017).
Both Newcastle and Brighton have won automatic promotion from the Championship and will play in the Premier League next season.

Newcastle or Brighton?
Gibbs has been on the books of Arsenal since 2004, but the 27-year-old full-back is not guaranteed a place in the Gunners’ starting lineup.
The England international left-back has been able to make only seven starts in the Premier League this season.
It would make sense for Gibbs to leave the the North London outfit in the summer transfer window, but he should be careful which club he chooses.
Brighton will probably be struggling for survival in the Premier League next season, while Newcastle will be aiming to break into the top 10.
Moving to the Magpies would be a better option, as there would be more scope of Gibbs to improve himself and be part of something big.
