To be played on Saturday 22nd April 2017 at 15:00. Venue: Hillsborough, Sheffield
Sheffield Wednesday have won their last four Championship fixtures to move to fifth in the table.
Having said that, the Owls can ill-afford to take their foot off the gas now, with Fulham and Leeds United breathing down their necks.
Carlos Carvalhal's side haven't won five straight league games since this time in 2007, however, and welcome to Hillsborough a Derby County side they have failed to beat since the year before that.
And while it may appear as though the Rams have nothing to play for - having picked up a point from their last two matches - manager Gary Rowett spoke about pride at his pre-game press conference, and his players are perhaps unlikely to roll over as they look to stake their claims for next season.
Wednesday have long-term absentee Kieran Lee back in contention, although the midfielder is not expected to start at Hillsborough.

Right-back Jack Hunt and talisman Fernando Forestieri could return to Carvalhal's 11, however.
Derby's David Nugent is in line to return providing he comes through Friday's final training session, while Jacob Butterfield could start as a reward for his equaliser against Huddersfield last time out.
Here's how we think the two teams could look:

- Jack Hunt
- Tom Lees
- Glenn Loovens
- Daniel Pudil
- Barry Bannan
- David Jones
