David Prutton, in his weekly prediction column for Sky Sports, has tipped Leeds United to pick up a crucial win when they face Burton Albion in the Championship on Saturday.

Quite unexpectedly, Leeds seem to have run out of steam towards the end of the season. Garry Monk’s side have dropped to seventh in the Championship, and need to win all their remaining games.

The Whites are on a poor run of form at the moment, having won just once in their last five games. Their home defeat to Wolves on Monday dealt a hammer blow to their promotion ambitions, and as a result they have slipped behind Sheffield Wednesday and Fulham in the race for a play-off spot.

With only three games left to play, Monk will need a strong response from his side.

They are up against Burton who are 19th in the Championship and have not won any of their last three home games.

Prutton believes that Leeds can expect a tough challenge from Burton, but Monk will get the response from his players.

“Burton will give Leeds a real, good test but things are straight forward for Garry Monk's men - they have to all of their remaining games, it's as simple as that! And I think Monk will get a good reaction from his players when he needs it most,” he writes on SkySports.com

The Sky Sports pundit predicts a 1-0 victory for Leeds United, with Chris Wood being the scorer for the away side.
