The Chilean goalkeeper has impressed in League One this season.
Swindon Town's Lawrence Vigouroux
The 23-year-old has been in fine form for Swindon this season, despite the Robins' battles with relegation in the bottom half of the League One table.
The young goalkeeper only joined Swindon permanently in the summer, after a successful loan spell from Liverpool, but has caught the eye with his performances in the third-tier.
City are one team to have been impressed by his performances. Not only has he proven himself a good shot-stopper, but he is also excellent with the ball at his feet - something the scouting staff at Manchester City are now looking for in goalkeepers since Pep Guardiola became first-team manager.
The Camden-born stopper is believed to be happy at Swindon and is contracted until 2019, but City would obviously be a hard club to turn down.

A Chile under-20 international he would also have the chance to work with his international hero Claudio Bravo if Manchester City decide to make a move for his services in the summer.
City have had issues in goal all season, with Bravo not impressing and Joe Hart being shipped out on loan.
But Vigouroux fits the Guardiola profile and could be an exciting option for the future if Manchester City swoop for the player, who has also previously played for Tottenham Hotspur.
