Gary Neville has told Monday Night Football, which was broadcast on 17th April on Sky Sports, that he never sees Tottenham Hotspur’s players be static.

Spurs have been in magnificent form over recent weeks, and they have begun to put pressure on league leaders Chelsea.

All of a sudden, a 10 point gap has been reduced to just four - and there is now genuine hope around Spurs that they could win the Premier League.

Tottenham’s latest victory came against Bournemouth at White Hart Lane, with Mauricio Pochettino’s side picking up a 4-0 victory.

And Neville has praised the attacking movement of Tottenham, which he claims is testament to the skill of Pochettino as a manager.

“They are always on the move,” the former Manchester United defender said. “I don’t see players walking around the pitch for Tottenham.

“They are all very aware of where they need to be on the pitch and do it brilliantly well. They look like they enjoy playing with each other. They play brave football, but it’s also clever.”

Tottenham’s next match actually comes against Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final.

If Spurs are able to win, it may ask further questions of Antonio Conte’s side, who have dipped in recent weeks.

Spurs’ next Premier League contest comes against Crystal Palace in just over a week’s time.
