The West Ham United star highlighted the importance of the fans sticking by the team.
West Ham United’s Mark Noble
Hammers skipper Mark Noble spoke to reporters after his side’s disappointing 3-0 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates last night, and made a desperate plea to the club’s fans, urging them to stick by the team with a crucial home game against Swansea City just around the corner, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The 29-year-old East London born Noble has really struggled this season, and his individual performances have exemplified West Ham’s struggles as a whole, with Bilic’s side currently languishing in 15th in the Premier League table, just five points clear of the relegation zone.
They are in the midst of a woeful run of form, having taken only two points from their last seven league outings, and many of the Hammers faithful have been turning on Bilic and his players.

But Noble pleaded with the West Ham fans to stick by the team by showing them full support against the Swans on Saturday, as quoted by WHUFC.com:
“We need the fans on Saturday for sure, all of them in full voice and let’s hope we can reward them and give them a little bit of something back with three points. We’re obviously disappointed with the defeat. We know deep down that we have to forget about that as quickly as we can and get a win on Saturday. All our thoughts and efforts now this game has finished are onto Swansea on Saturday.”
Bilic’s side could actually have been in a far worse position had Paul Clement’s side held on to their lead over Tottenham last night.
Spurs eventually turned it around and left the Liberty Stadium with all three points, ensuring that the Hammers still have some breathing space between themselves and Saturday’s opponents.
