Speaking to BetStars, Bridge has predicted his final four this season, and there is no place for either Liverpool or Arsenal.
The ex-England international, now retired, believes Chelsea could even double up in 2017/18.
He said: "The gap is too big for anyone to catch Chelsea. There’s a lot of good players in that team and they have a fantastic manager in Antonio Conte who has made them very solid defensively. Going on what they’ve achieved this season, I could see them winning the title again next year as well.”

Just seven games are left and Bridge believes Tottenham will finish in second ahead of Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
Bridge believes his former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will lead Manchester United to fourth, despite their stuttering form.
He added: "The manager’s winning mentality means they’ll have a strong finish and I think they’ll pip Liverpool before the end of the season. I think they’ll put more of a challenge in for the title next year. It’s a big call, but I don’t think Arsenal will be in it. No Champions League for them!"
United suffered a blow this week by drawing games at home to West Brom and Everton, failing to put pressure on their rivals, even if they did manage to extend their unbeaten run in the league.
Heading into Arsenal's game against West Ham last night, the Gunners had been in wretched form, slipping into sixth place in the Premier League table, with uncertainty growing around the future of manager Arsene Wenger.
