Kevin Mirallas scores the first goal for Everton

Everton fans are urging Ronald Koeman to start Kevin Mirallas against Manchester United later this evening.

Mirallas was left out of Everton’s starting line-up against Liverpool on Saturday, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin favoured.

The youngster has shown flashes of quality this season, but he failed to get particularly involved at Anfield.

Mirallas, on the other hand, was bright after being brought off the substitutes’ bench.

And Everton fans saw enough in the Belgian international’s cameo display to suggest that he should be starting at Old Trafford.

Koeman has already suggested that he could make changes to Everton’s line-up tonight, meaning Mirallas could feature.

The 29-year-old has not been a regular starter for the Toffees this term, but still possesses a great deal of quality.

If Everton are able to beat United, they will leapfrog Jose Mourinho’s side in the Premier League table.
