The West Ham United winger needs to up his game as soon as possible.
When West Ham United signed Robert Snodgrass from Hull City for £10.2million (as reported by the BBC) back in January, a few eyebrows were raised among the Hammers faithful but they were prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt.
After all, with Dimitri Payet gone West Ham needed another set-piece specialist and Snodgrass had shown at the Tigers that he can make magic with the ball at his feet.
Unfortunately, despite the 29-year-old scoring nine goals and providing four assists earlier in the season, he has failed to live up to his price tag since moving to the London Stadium, and an image captured during the weekend defeat to Leicester City appears to sum up his frustration.
West Ham lost 3-2 to the resurgent champions on Saturday, with Snodgrass again failing to make a significant impact during his 72 minutes on the pitch.
If he wants to be remembered as more than just a panic buy, Snodgrass will need to turn that frustration into a positive reaction after the international break.
