Chelsea currently lead the way in the Premier League by 10 points, with Tottenham in second place.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side had a great weekend, as they beat Southampton, while many of their rivals for the Champions League qualification spaces dropped points.
One of the teams who failed to win was Manchester City, who currently occupy third spot.
However, Neville does not feel that City will drop out of the top four - which leaves Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal all battling it out for the one remaining spot.
“I think Chelsea will finish in the top four,” Neville predicted. “I think Tottenham will. And I think City will.
“It’s between United, Liverpool and Arsenal and it’s intriguing to see where it will go.
"United have tough games to play, and the Europa League. Arsenal look dead at the moment, but they always come back. It’s up for grabs, and that’s the intriguing thing.”
If the top four fight is to be between United, Liverpool and Arsenal then Jose Mourinho’s side appear to be in the best form.
The Red Devils have proven very tough to beat in 2017, and have finally moved out of sixth place in the Premier League table.
Arsenal and Liverpool, meanwhile, have both suffered drops in form recently.
Liverpool were well off the pace at the start of the year, but they have seemingly improved of late.
Arsenal have lost four of their last five Premier League matches, and were beaten 3-1 by West Bromwich Albion in their latest outing.
