The two Leeds players are very good friends, even before joining the club.
Leeds' Hadi Sacko in action with Aston Villa's Ashley Westwood
Leeds surprised everyone by signing Amadou Haidara on deadline day in the summer. The 22-year-old was formerly at Nantes, had a trial at Nottingham Forest and Pacos Ferreira after his release from the French side in 2014.
Other than that, his whereabouts were unknown, before turning up at Leeds
All that was known was he shared an agent with Leeds winger Hadi Sacko and then club captain Sol Bamba.
Bamba is gone but Sacko remains and he and Haidara are clearly close. The pair both posted pictures this weekend, enjoying a meal in Leeds.
So, what does the future hold for both men?
Haidara has seemingly not made any in-roads toward first-team football at Elland Road. His contract with the club is set to be up in the summer and the 23-year-old would surely be fortunate to remain at the club beyond then.
Sacko is in a similar boat. He is on loan at Leeds from Sporting Lisbon. The 22-year-old has become a key player in the Leeds first-team and the club have a fee in place to sign him in the summer – should they choose to do so.
The future of both these Leeds players is currently ominous but it would appear that the one not currently contracted permanently to the club is the most likely to remain.
