Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers last had Vladimir Weiss on loan back in the 2010/11 campaign.
Vladimir Weiss has ‘liked’ a suggestion that Pedro Caixinha should bring him back to Glasgow Rangers on social media website Twitter.
Caixinha has recently been named as Rangers’ new manager, and he knows Weiss well.
The pair linked up at Al-Gharafa this season, and Caixinha even admitted asking for Weiss’ advice, prior to moving to Ibrox.
Weiss last played for Rangers on loan back in the 2010/11 campaign, and he enjoyed a hugely impressive spell with the Glasgow club.
The Slovakian international immediately became a fans’ favourite at Ibrox, and he has continued to follow them ever since.
Now, it seems that a move back to Ibrox could be possible, and Weiss has indicated that he would be open to making the switch.
The 27-year-old was tweeted by a Rangers fan calling for him to come back to Ibrox, and he moved to like the post on social media.
Hope Pedro Caixinha brings back @VladiW7 we need his pace and passion for the club— Catherine WATP (@CatJam9) March 12, 2017
During Weiss’ first spell with Rangers, the rapid wide-man scored five goals in 35 appearances.
