The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder made a surprise appearance at Exeter's game against Crawley Town on Tuesday.
Tottenham's Christian Eriksen in action
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen has been spotted in another club's dressing room.
Eriksen was pictured alongside Exeter City counterpart Jack Stacey after the Grecians' 2-1 win at Crawley Town on Tuesday, in which former Spurs youth team player Andre Blackman played for the home side.
It is claimed the Denmark international Eriksen was at the Broadfield Stadium with his friend and Exeter fan Ray Kelvin, who founded the Ted Baker fashion chain.
Stacey's explanation was somewhat less plausible, however, with the on-loan Reading player tweeting afterwards: "He did tell me how he'd grown up watching Exeter City as a young lad back in Denmark, huge fan apparently".
Eriksen, who helped Tottenham to a 4-0 win over Stoke City on Sunday, is back in action for Mauricio Pochettino's side against Everton in five days' time.
