According to Tutto Mercato Web, Sampdoria midfielder Karol Linetty is being lined up by Everton and Tottenham Hotspur for possible summer move.
Linetty, 22, joined Sampdoria from Lech Poznan in his native Poland last summer, as he left Poznan after ten years of service having joined the club way back in 2006.
This term, Linetty has been a regular in the Sampdoria team, making a total of 23 Serie A appearances, notching three assists in a strong first season with the club.
A regular for the Polish national team with 13 caps to his name, Linetty has long been tipped for a bright future, and his performances for club and country appear to have triggered major interest.
Tutto Mercato Web report that both Everton and Tottenham are interested in signing Linetty this summer, with the two sides monitoring the midfielder ahead of possible moves for the player.
Everton brought in Morgan Schneiderlin to boost their midfield options in January, and whilst Ronald Koeman also has Idrissa Gueye, Gareth Barry and Tom Davies at his disposal, questions over the future of James McCarthy may lead the Toffees to target another midfielder, with Linetty fitting the bill.

Meanwhile, Tottenham have largely used Eric Dier as a centre back this season, and whilst Harry Winks is emerging, another midfielder may be needed behind Mousa Dembele and Victor Wanyama – and long-standing target Linetty appears to be back on the radar.
Sampdoria won't want to lose Linetty just a year after signing him, but interest from Everton and Tottenham could turn his head, given that they're two of top sides in the Premier League.
