Predicted Leeds United side to play Ipswich: No place for Bridcutt

Ipswich Town

Here is how we predict Ipswich Town and Leeds United will line up this weekend:

To be played on Saturday 18th February 2017 at 15:00. Venue: Portman Road, Ipswich

Odds: Ipswich 15/8, Draw 21/10, Leeds 6/4

Leeds United manager Garry Monk

Leeds United travel to Portman Road on Saturday to take on Ipswich Town in their latest Championship clash.

The Whites are back on course after their 2-1 victory against Bristol City earlier this week while Ipswich can take great confidence from their 1-1 draw against high flying Brighton & Hove Albion.

Leeds skipper Liam Bridcutt is available after missing the midweek match due to suspension, but such were the performances of Eunan O’Kane and Ronaldo Vieira that the Scotland international is not guaranteed an immediate return to the starting line-up.

Leeds are currently fifth in the table with 57 points from 32 matches while Ipswich are 13th with 40 points to date.

A win for Leeds will ensure they maintain the healthy gap between them and the chasing pack just outside the top six while Mick McCarthy’s side could climb into the top half with a victory of their own.
