Tottenham Hotspur continue to be linked with a player they will come up against on Sunday.
Having missed out on French forward Moussa Dembele last summer, Spurs would be forgiven for not wanting to be burned twice, especially when Sessegnon has all the attributes to be a future superstar of the English game.
Still only 16, the left-back-cum-winger has already racked up 17 first-team appearances for the Cottagers, scoring four goals and providing three assists in the process, and this weekend he has the chance to star against his alleged suitors.
Fulham welcome Tottenham to Craven Cottage on Sunday for their FA Cup fifth round match and Sessegnon is expected to start at left-back having shone in the previous round against Hull City, scoring one and setting up another in a 4-1 victory.
With two goals in two FA Cup matches this season, the teenager will be hoping to make it a hat-trick against Tottenham, and if he does it will only increase the speculation that Spurs will make their move in due course.
There are plenty of exciting young players around but Sessegnon is one of the very best and although Tottenham currently have Danny Rose and Ben Davies, the latter may well move on this summer, allowing the talented teenager to take his place.
