The Hammers head into today's game in turmoil after star playmaker Dimitri Payet told manager Slaven Bilic that he wanted to leave the club, and wouldn't be playing for them again.
Payet is unsurprisingly left out of today's side, with Sofiane Feghouli, and Manuel Lanzini called upon to support lone striker Andy Carroll.
Michail Antonio and Aaron Cresswell look set to serve as wing backs, with Mark Noble and Pedro Obiang in the middle of the park, whilst James Collins comes into defence with Cheikhou Kouyate at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The bench features youngsters like Domingos Quina, Ashley Fletcher, Edimilson Fernandes and Reece Oxford, alongside Sam Byram, Jonathan Calleri and Adrian.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are looking for a first win under Sam Allardyce having picked up two defeats and two draws so far.
Ex-Hammers defender James Tomkins starts against his former club this afternoon, and he'll play in defence alongside Damien Delaney, Scott Dann and Joel Ward.
Joe Ledley, Yohan Cabaye and James McArthur start in midfield, whilst Jason Puncheon and Andros Townsend will support lone striker Christian Benteke in attack.
New signing Jeffrey Schlupp is only on the bench having joined from Leicester on Friday, and he's joined by the likes of Mathieu Flamini, Martin Kelly, Ezekiel Fryers, Julian Speroni, Loic Remy and Lee Chung-yong.
