One small act from Burnley Football Club shows how much they appreciate their dedicated fanbase, which is an encouraging sign for the future.
The mentality of a football club when it comes to their fanbase can work in a number of different ways. Throughout the years we've seen teams neglect their supporters and cause disruption, meanwhile other clubs do everything they can to keep them happy. Whether there should be a middle ground is up for debate, but regardless it appears as if Burnley have mastered the art of gaining their dedication.

As they have done in the past, Burnley announced on Twitter that they will be freezing their season ticket prices yet again for the 2017/18 season. Whilst this may not be seen as a big act by some, their standing in the Premier League could have indicated a rise in the prices for next season considering that survival looks like a real possibility.
However, the Clarets know how dedicated their fanbase is. Ever since their first promotion in it's new format less than a decade ago, Turf Moof has been seen as something of a fortress. The atmosphere created up at the Lancashire stadium has spurred the team on to record some huge victories over the years.

This includes triumphs over the likes of Everton, Liverpool and even Manchester United. Either way, it's no secret that money in football is all too often the focus of outfits, so to see clubs utilise tactics like this in order to keep those loyal fans coming through the turnstiles is a welcome relief for all.
