To many, Tottenham Hotspur's clash with West Brom this Saturday involves one of the season's surprise packages. But while some would imagine that the Baggies are the ones upsetting the apple cart, HITC Sport's Michael Ramsey and James Rutherford have suggested that it may, in fact, be the home side who have been providing the surprises.
Mauricio Pochettino's men are third in the Premier League currently. But despite last season's performance - where they were the last team standing between Leicester and the title - Michael explained that he did not expect Spurs to be doing so well at this stage of the campaign.
"I thought they'd have a massive hangover this season and would be toiling around the Europa League spots at best," Michael said.

"It's a decent squad, I still have reservations about it though."
Despite the concerns, Tottenham are currently enjoying an excellent run, having won their last six. Their most recent win in the top flight came against current leaders Chelsea, and saw them close the gap at the top to seven points.
But will that run continue this weekend?
West Brom's only league defeats since September have come against the other members of the current top five, so it is clear that Tony Pulis' men may be difficult to break down.
But one player who the guys expect to have little impact on the contest is Hal Robson-Kanu. The Baggies summer signing has struggled for chances since arriving at the Hawthorns, and James seems to agree with Pulis' stance of not playing the Welshman that often with an interesting piece of analysis.

"He's just not that good," he stated.
But despite their thoughts on Robson-Kanu, West Brom arguably have several other players who can make an impact, including former Spurs ace Nacer Chadli.
