Leeds United are in buoyant mood as they head into the second half of their campaign.
During an interview with the club's official website, former Whites boss, and current Leeds United ambassador Eddie Gray shared the message that Eunan O'Kane gave him, following the under-23 side's game on Monday night.
The 26-year-old Irishman has been out of action for Leeds since the end of November, after suffering a pelvic injury, and despite the Whites' impressive run of form, his presence in midfield has certainly been missed.

And Gray, who enjoyed spells as both a player and manager at Elland Road, opened up on a conversation he shared with O'Kane at the start of this week, during an interview with LUTV:
“Eunan O’Kane I thought was playing terrific before his injury and was probably the mainstay in the midfield area. He is getting back to fitness and I watched him on Monday night after the game, doing a bit of extra training and he just past and said, ‘I am ready. So he will be looking to getting back into the fold."

The deep-lying midfielder will be hoping to return to the first-team setup as soon as possible, and there could not be a better time for him to make his comeback than now.
With his side comfortably inside the promotion play-off spots, and an electric buzz emanating from Elland Road for the first time in a long time, having O'Kane back available for selection could be just the tonic that Monk's men need to help them over the finishing line, as they chase those in the automatic promotion places.
