Olympiakos are interested in signing Aly Cissokho from Aston Villa in the January transfer window, according to The Sun.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that the Greek club are plotting a move for the left-back.
The 29-year-old is struggling for playing time for Championship outfit Villa at the moment.
The defender, who has earned just one cap for France, has featured in 12 Championship appearances for the Villans so far this season.
Cissokho has been on the books of Villa since the summer of 2014 and has a contract with the former Premier League outfit until June 2018, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
Villa are playing in the Championship this season after getting relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
Steve Bruce’s side are 12th in the league table at the moment with 35 points from 25 matches, seven points behind sixth-placed Sheffield Wednesday.
The Villans will take on Tottenham Hotspur away from home at White Hart Lane in the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.
