The French winger has been impressive and frustrating for Leeds this season.
The former Leeds player and manager was speaking on BBC Radio Leeds when he lavished him in praise, well, nearly.
He also had some criticism and pointers for the wide-man.

Sacko is undoubtedly a dangerous player but his end product has always been questionable. Gray commented on this issue and suggested if he was the finished article when it comes to his final ball, he would be playing in the Premier League:
“There’s the things the boys got to work on. He’s got to work on his final ball and work on his finishing. But you still want him to be playing.
“He puts the fear of god into defenders. Because they know he can run.
“The coaching staff will be on to him about a little bit of composure in that last third.
“If every run that Sacko went (on) he was picking out someone and it was getting put in the back of the net he would not be playing in this division. He’d be playing Premier League.”

There is no doubt that Sacko has impressed since making his move to Leeds, on loan from Sporting Lisbon until the end of the season.
There is no doubt that the Frenchman can be very frustrating and he often wastes the good opportunities he finds himself in for Leeds.

But as Gray pointed out there is still development to come from the player and he is still a major threat even if he is wasteful in the final third.
Hopefully Leeds can get the best out of Sacko going forward and he can improve on the areas preventing him from being a Championship superstar.
