League One chairman criticises Jurgen Klopp… again

Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony was critical of Loris Karius’s performance for Liverpool against West Ham United on Sunday.

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has criticised Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on social networking site Twitter.

MacAnthony, who is a Liverpool fan, has not been impressed with the signing of Loris Karius in the summer transfer window.

The Reds signed the 23-year-old goalkeeper from German club Mainz in the summer.

The German custodian seems to have established himself as the first-choice custodian at Anfield, but he has made mistakes.

Karius failed to deal with Dimitri Payet’s free kick during the Premier League game between Liverpool and West Ham United at Anfield on Sunday evening.

MacAnthony was following the match, which ended in a 2-2 draw, and the chairman of League One club Peterborough was not impressed with the performance of the Liverpool goalkeeper.

The Peterborough chairman has criticised Liverpool manager Klopp for not making the right signings in the summer transfer window.
