Lloris featured in Tottenham’s Premier League game against United away from home at Old Trafford.
The France international goalkeeper started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The Red Devils won the encounter 1-0, thanks to Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s goal just before the half-hour mark.
United manager Mourinho has praised Lloris for his performance for Spurs at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.
"I think Mkhitaryan was man of the match but if you have a trophy for a second, give it to Hugo Lloris,” Mourinho told The Mirror. "The save he makes after 50 seconds is a 'goal save' and then another and then another.”
Lloris is one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League and is a genuinely world-class player.
The 29-year-old played well against the Red Devils, and Mourinho’s opinion of the Frenchman’s display will be shared by many.
