Rangers picked up an impressive 2-0 win against Hearts in the Scottish Premiership. It was a result that was warranted based on the performance – with goals from Rob Kiernan and Barrie McKay the difference.

It was a welcome result from Rangers who were after revenge against Hearts after their recent 2-0 reverse at Tynecastle.

It was a result that pleased the fans at Ibrox, as Rangers look to be settling into life in the top-flight yet again.

Rangers manager Mark Warburton was also happy with the performance of his players and the home support at Ibrox yet again.

The Rangers boss took to Twitter after the game to show his appreciation to the Rangers support yet again after their excellent following:

Rangers are now looking likely to be the closest challengers to their Old Firm rivals in the Scottish Premiership – although it looks increasingly unlikely that Celtic will be toppled from the top spot.

The fans continue to get behind Rangers at Ibrox and they will be hoping that they can continue to keep themselves as the best of the rest in the Scottish top-flight.
