Tottenham Hotspur lost against Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.

Micky Hazard has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s defeat to Manchester United on Sunday evening.

Tottenham suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to United away from home at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s goal just before the half-hour mark proved to be the difference between the two sides.

Former Tottenham midfielder Hazard was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.

Spurs legend Gary Lineker has praised United for their performance against Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Old Trafford on Sunday evening, hosts United had 40% of the possession, took 15 shots of which five were on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors Tottenham had 60% of the possession, took 12 shots of which four were on target, and earned eight corners, according to BBC Sport.

United will return to action on Wednesday evening when they take on Crystal Palace away from home in the Premier League.

Tottenham will take on Hull City at White Hart Lane in the league on Wednesday evening.
