Anthony Joshua is set to face Eric Molina tonight in a defence of his IBF heavyweight title at the Manchester Arena.

The 27-year-old Olympic gold medallist is considered the favourite for the fight against the American and will be looking to win his 18th professional bout out of 18 – all those wins coming by way of knockout.

But you cannot go and defend a world heavyweight title on an empty stomach now.

Joshua has shared this picture on his Twitter account this evening, as he gets himself prepared for the clash with Molina:

Joshua takes his diet and nutrition regime very seriously and it is undoubtedly helping him to achieve his goals in the heavyweight division.

Joshua will hope for a test in this clash, as he looks to prepare himself for the fight in the new year with the former heavyweight champion Wladimir Klistchko – which would be his biggest test yet.

Also boxing on the undercard tonight are domestic rivals Dillian Whyte and Derek Chisora – who have been making the headlines this week for their antics outside of the ring.
