The Cardiff City defender’s behaviour during the game against Ipswich Town in the Championship was hugely disappointing.

Leeds United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to Sol Bamba’s extraordinary behaviour during the game between Ipswich Town and Cardiff City.

Bamba featured for Cardiff in the Championship match against Ipswich away from home at Portman Road on Saturday afternoon.

The Ivory Coast international defender started the match, but he was sent off with 20 minutes remaining.

The 31-year-old centre-back, who joined Cardiff in October 2016 after leaving Championship rivals Leeds United in September 2016, was dismissed for his angry reaction to a tackle.

Bamba confronted the referee and the fourth official, and was then involved in a confrontation with Cardiff manager Neil Warnock.

The former Hibernian and Leicester City defender had a mixed spell at Leeds. While the former Palermo man played well for the Whites when he initially joined, he gradually lost his place in the starting lineup.
