Leeds United defender sends message to fans on Twitter, teammate not happy

Leeds' Chris Wood misses a chance to score

Leeds United lost against Brighton & Hove Albion in the Championship on Friday evening.

Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a strong message to the fans.

Jansson has stated that Leeds will do their best to bounce back from the defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion away from home on Friday evening.

The West Yorkshire outfit went down 2-0 to Brighton away from home at the American Express Community Stadium in the Championship.

The 25-year-old central defender, who joined the Whites on a season-long loan deal from Italian club Torino in the summer transfer window, has admitted that the performance of his team was disappointing.

Meanwhile, Leeds midfielder Eunan O’Kane seems to have criticised commentators on Sky for focusing only on Brighton during the match.

The match between the Seagulls and the Whites was broadcast live on Sky Sports 1 on Friday evening.
