As Mauricio Pochettino continues to thrive at White Hart Lane, it has become more and more obvious that they will do well to hold on to him.
The Argentine boss was considered a risk upon his arrival at White Hart Lane from Southampton, and rightly so. Tottenham Hotspur is naturally a bigger club and many were worried about how well he would be able to make the step up. Thankfully, things have gone brilliantly so far with Poch taking the North London side back into the Champions League.
Their squad is full of a mixture of future potential and current world class talent, which excites fans who will start to believe they can do anything they put their minds to in this league. However, it seems like it's only a matter of time before Pochettino becomes the victim of another Spurs raid.

But this time, it'll be on the manager and not the players. The 44-year-old has proven on a number of occasions that he can adapt to any team or situation, and that he doesn't let the pressure get to his head. Because of that, the immediate opportunity that springs to mind comes at Old Trafford.
Pochettino has the skills, youth and composure necessary to succeed with Manchester United. Whilst Mourinho may still turn things round, the former Saints boss seems like the obvious front runner should things continue to turn sour.
Then there's the obvious string of jobs abroad that may entice him, especially in La Liga. With many years in management ahead of the former defender, it seems the Spurs boss will have some big decisions to make in the future.
