Leeds United supporters have overseen some truly wretched signings in recent years.
Leeds United were relegated from the Premier League in 2004 due in no small part to financial irregularities. However, while the big-name signings have dried up in the last decade, the club have still drafted in numerous players in a bid to mount a promotion charge.
The fans have been frustrated by the cost-cutting measures taken by the board, with last summer's £3 million acquisition of Kemar Roofe, a figure quoted by BBC Sport, the club's most expensive signing since the big money signing of Seth Johnson in 2001.

With the club having lured a host of loan deals and free transfers to Elland Road, the supporters have still witnessed a squad reshuffle every season and some disappointing players to boot.
"Recently Bellusci (was the worst)," one fan said. "Worst centre-back I've seen in my life. He'd go really far forward and wouldn't get back properly. When he would get back, he'd start falling over the place. He'd try his best to clear the ball and he wouldn't make it very far."

Leeds United are currently fourth in the Championship, and Garry Monk will be looking at the upcoming January transfer window as he looks to steer the club into the top-flight for the first time in 12 years.
