Tottenham defender Jacques Tanganga scored two more, with Timothy Eyoma, Jack Roles and Jaden Brown also scoring before Samuel Shashousa added two more, a reward for his fine creative display.
Sterling's success followed up his recent impressive form, which saw him score in an earlier round, in league competition for the under-18s, for the under-19s in the UEFA Youth League, and also for the under-23s.
The youngster is behind Shayon Harrison in the queue for the first team, but is doing all he can to stand out.
With Harry Kane's deputy Vincent Janssen struggling since his big move, Tottenham may want to consider their youth options before adding another striker.
