Exciting Arsenal youngster divided opinion in clash with Southampton.
It is 18 months since French youngster Jeff Reine-Adelaide wowed Arsenal fans with a sensational performance at the Emirates Cup.
The teenager was given a start in last night's EFL Cup clash against Southampton, and it did not go to plan.

The day when he made Wolfsburg's Kevin de Bruyne look silly seemed a long way away, with Reine-Adelaide lacking the quality in possession he did on his pre-season debut.
If anything he was too confident, giving the ball away and unable to threaten the Southampton defence.

By half-time Southampton were 2-0 up and Reine-Adelaide was substituted after an hour, coming off for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
While too early to judge the 18-year-old, Reine-Adelaide's raw display was a reminder that it is too early for Arsene Wenger to expect him to make an impact against an accomplished team in a competitive fixture.
It didn't help with Wenger selecting him as part of a rotated side rather than letting Reine-Adelaide loose alongside Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, with summer signing Lucas Perez failing to step up.
Here is a look at how Arsenal fans reacted on Twitter to his performance...
Still not convinced this Reine-Adelaide is actually any good— Liam Anscomb (@liamAFC87) November 30, 2016
You'd think it would be difficult to find a player more graceful than Özil. That's where Jeff Reine-Adelaide comes in.— Gooneratti (@gooneratti) November 30, 2016
Have to single out Jenkinson, Lucas and Reine-Adelaide for being poor. The latter being the worst player on the pitch— @MesutOzil1088 (@_C_hacha) November 30, 2016
Reine Adelaide really struggling tonight, losing the ball near enough every time.— Satnav (@Tom_Greenhill) November 30, 2016
Jenkinson looks lost.
Xhaka should make the difference
Reine-Adelaide is just a Emirates Cup thing.— Mike (@Mike_Arsenal) November 30, 2016
Jeff Reine Adelaide has got everything to be a top player technically. But he's not ready for senior football yet. Needs to bulk out— Pearse Hamilton (@PearseHamilton) November 30, 2016
Reine Adelaide is an example of a talented player with poor work rate and decision making.. really needs to work on both if he is to make it— Vijay Murali (@Vijay_Murali) November 30, 2016
